How Does This MasterMind Work?
Because the philosophy of the MasterMind is to accelerate growth, a commitment is required. The best fit for this MasterMind are those who are highly-motivated, willing to ask for -- and give -- help and support, and are willing to show up for every meeting. This commitment is crucial for your success and the success of the group as a whole.
Each of our meetings will have an agenda, as this keeps the meeting flowing productively and allows for deeper, richer brainstorming, goal-setting and accountability. The group will include between 5 - 8 participants so that each member has adequate time the “hot seat”.
The Speaker’s Success MasterMind Group will meet every other Tuesday from April 16th thru September 17th via video platform (Zoom).

Why is Sonja so passionate about the Speaker Success MasterMind?
I have been a speaker for most of my career. I have taught Public Speaking and Business Communications in the Knight School of Communications at Queens University of Charlotte for the past decade, and I have been a speaker coach for RDs and mid-to-senior level business and healthcare professionals for the past nine years.
